The Poverty Trap is an immersive workshop developed around real experience and testimonies, allowing participants to experience something of what it feels like to live in extreme poverty. It tells the story of a number of families living in a slum in a large city, where living conditions are extremely tough.

SESSION OVERVIEW:

  • Booking essential

  • Capacity for up to 100 people per session (20 minimum)

  • 120 minutes per session (the programme can’t cater for late arrivals)

  • Age 12+ (please contact us if considering for younger children - permitted only if accompanied by an adult)

  • Closed and bespoke sessions available - ie booking the entire session for a group (further detailed event organising will be required and booking fee)

  • Cost: Donation please.
