Theses bags have been made by former street children in India.

Having escaped a desperate existence on the streets, they established an organisation to provide the street children of Delhi with the same opportunities they had once received. The income generated from making newspaper bags allows them to rescue other children in dire need; children who would otherwise be pulling rickshaws, polishing shoes, picking through rubbish, or much worse.

As a result these children now have homes, are cared for, can go to school and can even play.
